You will be involved coaching supervising staff and aspects of clinical governance such as auditing. The role will assist in helping to deliver first class care to our patients. We are looking to recruit personable, flexible and motivated RMN in a supernumerary Night Co-Ordinator role to help support the operational effectiveness and existing management team. Personalised treatment programmes are delivered by our multidisciplinary team, specialising in the management and treatment of acute and complex mental health problems.
